The Goodies Expansion contains: the legendary X-Deck containing 24 cards with alien encounters all over the farm, the O-Deck was created under the guidance of the Austrian Games Academy, the C-Deck based on famous people, places, and historic events from the Czech Republic, the looney L-Deck, all five double-sided theme boards (Western, Spring, Autumn, Winter, and Mars); a sheet with 70 stickers (35 adults, 33 children, one alien, and even a werewolf); plus a slew of Wooden Meeples. Is Carcassonne the next Catan? Fans of Germany's 2001 Game of the Year, as well as newcomers, will enjoy another leisurely yet challenging tile-laying interlude. The tiles illustrate segments of rivers, meadows (teeming with mammoths, deer, and tigers), and forests. Each turn, reveal a random tile, add it to the array, and optionally place either a hut on a river or a Follower on a river, forest, or meadow.

This is a stand-alone game and does not require the award-winning Carcassonne board game to play.

Carson City is a rootin' tootin' game of cowboys 'n' guns -- lots o' guns. During the game, you can take various actions that earn you victory points for your plots, pistols (the hired help) and buildings. At the end of the game, your buildings, houses, mountains and money contribute to your victory points and the person with the most points wins. So go round up your posse of gunslingers and get ready for some Wild West action in Carson City!

So, the Volgare, the language spoken by the common people, taken from the dialects spoken in the various Italian regions, starts to gain relevance. During this period, Francesco D’Assisi writes his famous Canticle of the Sun and Dante writes the Divine Comedy – both written in Volgare. The players will have to do their part in the creation of this new language! The aim of the game is to obtain more Volgare points.
