Rondel series

Antike is a challenging strategy game about evolution and competition among ancient civilizations. Ancient nations create cities, build temples, sail the seas, and discover new principles of science and technology. Players choose from Greeks, Romans, and Germanic tribes and Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Persians, Arabs, Egyptians, and Babylonians. The game depends not on the luck of dice or cards, but on thoughtful plans and skillful diplomacy. First game in the Rondel series.

Hamburg in the 17th century! Mighty walls protect the city against the devastations of the Thirty Years War. Thanks to Protestant religious refugees, Hamburg has become the biggest and most prosperous city of Germany. From far away the skyline shows the steeples of huge churches and the masts of mighty trade ships displaying the citizens pride and prosperity. The players guide families of Hamburg in the pursuit of wealth and prestige. Hamburgum is a strategy game for 2 5 players without any luck of cards or dice. The actions are selected according to simple rules on a rondel. The reverse of the big double-sided game board offers another city, Londinium, a different strategic challenge.

An expansion for Hamburgum offers not only a different map with a new allocation of buildings, but also different rules for the donations and visiting the church space on the rondel. Church districts do not exist, all donations have to be taken in a certain order, a church tax is implemented on the rondel, and ships give more victory points. The board uses historical views taken from original maps of the 16th century and is printed from both sides: Antverpia on the one side, and a new map of Hamburgum on the other.

Europe in the age of imperialism. Imperial is a challenging strategy game without any luck of cards or dice. The players represent internationally operating investors who stay in the background. The turns in the game are executed by the six imperial nations, not by the investors themselves, who only impose their financial influence on various nations. Only the investor who gets the best return on his investments, who gains influence over the most powerful imperial nations, and who can influence the European diplomacy to his benefit, will win the game.

The world in 2030. The new great powers China, India and Brazil are in ascendance, threatening the hegemony of the old Imperial powers United States, Russia and Europe. This has sparked a new global race for power and influence. Ultimately, these six states are only puppets in a treacherous game, because their fates are controlled by powerful international investors operating in the background. Imperial 2030 is for 2 to 6 players, and it combines economic calculus and military skills in a unique strategy game without any luck of cards or dice.

Navigator for 2 to 5 players is a challenging strategy game with a little luck, because no-one knows exactly what to expect when discovering new sea regions. The players represent wealthy trade dynasties that help to build up the Portuguese colonial empire. Tracing the routes of famous explorers they advance all the way to Nagasaki--but sailing into unknown waters is a dangerous venture. Part of the Rondel game series.

After the Spaniards conquered the Incan Empire, some Incan princes could flee into the mountains to a well hidden place: The lost city of Machu Picchu. But they are in danger to be discovered by the Spaniards: Can the city survive with the help of all their priests and virgins of the sun? Or will the Spaniards discover the secret place?
